WARRANTY

At Panda Optics, our goggles are designed and manufactured using premium materials and strict quality control standards.

We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your goggles have a manufacturing defect, please email info@pandaoptics.co.uk with the subject line:

“WARRANTY CLAIM”

Please include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Manufacturing defects in workmanship

Panda Optics reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

What’s Not Covered

• Scratched or damaged lenses
• Damaged straps or frames
• General wear and tear from normal use
• Damage caused by improper use, impact, heat exposure, or incorrect storage

Lens Damage & Replacements

Let’s be honest — sometimes damage is unavoidable, and it’s usually the lens that takes the hit.

The good news? All Panda Optics lenses are fully interchangeable and replaceable.

Unlike most brands, we only charge enough to cover the manufacturing cost of replacement lenses — which means keeping your goggles performing like new is extremely affordable.

If you’ve damaged your lens and need a replacement, simply visit the bottom of the “Goggles” page on our website. There, you can filter by the model you own and find the correct replacement lenses available.

Replacement Parts

If your goggles are damaged and not covered under warranty, we also offer other replacement parts for a fixed fee (subject to availability).
