Returns & Replacements
Complete customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, if you receive your goggles and they are damaged, defective or just not what you expected, you may return them for a refund or exchange.
You may return your order within 20 days of purchase date as long as they are in an unused condition and the goggles are in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Returns are processed upon receipt of the products and you can expect a full refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your statements.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and it is strongly advised to send with tracking and insurance as the responsibility of shipping is down to you.

If you do damage your goggles and would like to replace a specific part, this is possible as a pre-determined fee, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "REPLACEMENTS" for more details.
